Okay if this piece was half as long and half as in depth - if it was just about one of the zines it would still be an incredible read but it's almost a capsule history of an entire scene and chapter of history. I feel like a lot of the time I think about queer culture in between Stonewall and the HIV/AIDS crisis but not really about what it was DURING the crisis. Really incredible.
