Meal Prep Log 9-24-22

This is how to cook what I ate last week:

Breakfast: Take an English muffin, slap on some cream cheese, and eat as you leave.

Lunch (prep ahead): Make a whole thing of rice and put that in the fridge. Marinate ground beef in a bag with soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, fish sauce, and pepper. Blanch spinach and dress with sesame oil, soy sauce, mirin, and sesame seeds. Cook beef and eat with the spinach and rice.

Dinner (prep ahead): Bring water to boil, and turn heat off. Soak pasta for 10 minutes and drain. Add two cans of cheddar cheese condensed soup and half a bag of cheddar cheese to a baking dish, then mix the pasta in and top with the rest of the cheese. Bake 375 for 25-30 mins.
