Gemini-Capsule Theme Update: Relevant Links List

There are some cases where I would like to have a whole list of links at the bottom of the post, not scattered throughout. Sometimes having links all over a post could hurt readability. So I've adjusted my template to include a list of links in the post's parameters. It will add a "Relevant Links" header along with a list of links.

This change is added to the theme itself, not a local override. I've also added a type field for my devlog archetype (local) to leverage the existing gemlog templates. I realized I was basically duplicating code for my convenience. Turns out I was just making more work for myself!
