As far as Android mail clients, I like and use Fairmail (I paid for pro features, but it is very usable in the free version). I have no idea how well it would integrate with Proton or Tutanota, but they have their own Android clients…

For contact and calendar sync, I use DAVx5 + Nextcloud, and it works well for my needs.
