Retroish Theme

I decided to share the theme I use for the Midnight. It's a retro-inspired theme, but I tried to keep it readable as much as I could. Some usage notes:

• I used CSS variables, so changing colors should be relatively easy (but may require more editing if you want to change some pieces but not others)

• It uses a font embed from Google Fonts, with all the privacy questions that entails

I see no reason why the link to the CSS file shouldn't be in the comments in case someone forgets who they borrowed this from. There's also https://github.com/coollabsio/fonts.
