Der Sündenbock-Beauftragte
Ich hatte da mal eine Idee, um die interne Dynamik in der Firma zu verbessern. Stellen wir doch jemanden ein, der offiziell für alles verantwortlich ist! Egal, ob ein Projekt schiefgeht oder sich ein Kunde oder Mitarbeiter beschwert, dieser Mitarbeiter würde als Blitzableiter dienen. Er kassiert den verbalen Donner, die Beschwerdeführer fühlen sich gehört und ziehen zufrieden ab.
Klar, der Job wäre kein Zuckerschlecken. Neben einem ordentlichen Gehalt müsste man dem 'Sündenbock-Beauftragten' auch regelmäßige psychologische Betreuung und jährliche Auszeiten in einem entspannenden Spa gönnen.
Ich war von meinem Konzept wirklich überzeugt. Aber aus unerfindlichen Gründen fand es bei den Vorgesetzten nicht die gleiche Begeisterung 🤷🏻♂️
