I found Amazon prime has a bunch of old Jeff Speakman movies I haven’t seen.

Currently watching Deadly Takeover (1996) and it is sooo bad.

There are a lot of groin injuries in this movie.

How do you have a fight next to an open vat labeled h2so4 and not have someone end up in it?

Oh my god the guy I’ve been calling “discount Ron Silver” all movie is actually Ron Silver.

We did at least have a payoff for the first scene where Speakman trains his son to do a groin kick on someone grabbing him from behind.

I studied Parker style Kenpo when I was 19 or so. I loved it.

I had to stop when I hurt my neck first doing a bad aikido roll, then a month later a car accident made it much worse.

And while recovering the studio closed down.

And one of my instructors had a car fall on him working his mechanic job. He recovered.
