@sendpaws @Forestofenchantment I made a bash script a while back to import my emotes from Schwartzwelt. Tl;dr I locally downloaded the files, separated by filetype and had the script execute mitractl add-emoji filename filename.filetype for each file of that type in the directory (note the emote name and filename are identical). I'll see if I can dig it up again.

Pleroma complicates things a bit with things like tags (https://docs-develop.pleroma.social/backend/configuration/custom_emoji/) but fundamentally it's just a directory with a bunch of images in it. I'd appreciate a quick way of just adding all a directory's images!
