Look, I appreciate what Canada is doing but Cory (@pluralistic a Canadian himself btw) offers a much better way to retaliate:

"Canada should tear up these laws – and not impose tariffs on American goods. That way, Canadians can still buy cheap American goods, and then they can save billions of dollars every year on the consumables, parts, software, and service for those goods."

@joeo10 @pluralistic The European Union already forced Apple to allow users the installation of apps from alternative marketplaces.

But I don't know, what actual conditions developers have to consider when apps are installed from an alternative marketplace.

But grab them by the money.
