Local sources report, that colonists stormed UNRWA headquarters, raised Israeli flags and displayed provocative banners at the site.

This incident follows the recent enactment of two Knesset (Parliament) laws, which target the operations of UNRWA in the occupied Palestinian territories.

@villebooks It follows actions by Trump who by the looks of it is gifting the West Bank to the Israelis once he has coerced and extorted neighboring countries into accepting deported Palestinians - a violation of international laws. But who cares?

@AAKL The Palestinians care. And they are not just located in the occupied territories. Trump is not the first one who tried to distort the world's map. I am German, so I know what I'm talking about. But I agree w/you, that the global institutions give a f*ck, as you can see in Syria now, they even accept former terrorists as leaders, if it helps them to stay in power.

@villebooks That - and a lot of Western countries, including the US, are complicit in redrawing borders and appointing puppet regimes in the ME. This isn't an opinion. It's a fact for those who care to dig deeper.
