I really work completely different than anybody in my team. I believe in doing it properly the first time so you don’t have to go back and redo. I also do little things that makes it easier in the future. In short I am lazy and I don’t like extra work. I could be from a different plant. It’s really difficult.

@Bowreality That describes my wife and I at work too. I’ll add that some people will expend more time and energy complaining or trying to get out of a job, than it would take to just do the task.

@Bowreality The best we could do was gravitate to the “better” shift. There was often the rivalry, but we always had the winning numbers!😉
