Anyway, the PDF is free as in the only cost is the cost of attention (and trust in the download...). But the reward for that attention... is ... priceless??? (Rhetorical!)

Even this slide, which is a roadmap to what follows (not in the pdf, but the context for it is set in the pdf), is a gift! It frames what we do as interrelating theories, that are elaborated -- and tested. It brings all of these veins of systems work together: strategy, product design and architecture (and all of their elaborations). It scaffolds the work we do, providing structure so that we can embrace the non-linear (feedback intensive) nature of (co-evolutionary) system design.
