I had hoped for a little more but overall, sold it for £20 less than I paid for it so it’s not too bad

That's my experience with selling vintage cameras - you never get back what you paid originally (and you have the aggravation of packing and posting).

It looked like a lovely bit of an engine too.

@MikeFromLFE yeah, the way I'm looking at it is that I paid £20 to rent it for 8 months or however long I had it. It was quite nice but I weirdly never got on with it.
