Someone was praising Mastodon, I'll share my similar praises.

Mastodon isn't perfect. But I love that it's completely free to use (but please donate to support admins!), public, based on an open source protocol and community, no trackers/ads, and an amazing PWA to boot.

Also, I'm happy to say this has been the best platform for me when it comes to discovery, followers, boosts, and managing my feed, ie filtering out anything I'm not interested in. Thanks Mastodon.
