So, Middlebrook Staium have started using a grow light system on the pitch in the evenings.
It's approximately 7 miles away from us.
The lights are reflecting off the pitch, in to the sky and off the cloud, creating a /very/ bright orange glow late in to the night.
It's a huge amount of light pollution.
The photo below is from our neighbourhood, looking towards the stadium.
The MEN have noticed, although they don't exactly offer an explination.

Apparently, you get the same effect from the Etihad stadium and Old Trafford when their systems are in use. This is an /insane/ amount of light pollution.
