The smoke is blowing towards Solano County per radio traffic   An ADVISORY was issued to the following zones on Genasys: As of 3:44 p.m. the Public Health Advisory still remains in effect for Martinez, parts of Pacheco & Clyde. Martinez Refining Company reported a fire at 1:47 p.m. that may affect people with respiratory sensitivities in nearby neighborhoods.
