@BestGirlGrace did you know that you can't gift someone a game on steam if they live in another country unless the cost of the game in the two countries (when the currencies are converted) are less than 15% different? it was done to crack down on people paying folks from regions where games are cheap to gift them to regions where games are expensive, but it's true even if it would mean you're paying more
