[#]TIL: Wenn man im Browser Filme auf #Netflix oder #PrimeVideo schaut, und von dem Fenster einen Screenshot macht, dann bekommt man… genau, NIX!

@phranck@nerdculture.de Ja, jain... Wenn du die "Drucken" Taste auf deiner Tastatur verwendest, wird dir ein DRM-freier Screenshot in die Zwischenablage kopiert. Den kannst du dann bspw in Photoshop oder einem anderen Grafikprogramm deiner Wahl einkopieren und das Bild dann speichern.
Soeben nochmal kontrolliert, dass es funktioniert:

@zwangseinweisung Das ist ein Geraet mit “integriertem" Bildschirm. Da geht das. Bei allen anderen mit externem Monitor greift das so genannte HDCP. Weil, es koennte ja was in das Signal zwischen Rechner und Monitor dazwischengeschaltet werden.

(Der Player in Safari ist ja genauso Quick time wie alles andere in macOS und dort ist es überall so)
Ich glaube, das war die Voraussetzung, dass der Mac DVDs abspielen durfte.
