Being able to do most of your things in a 15 minutes transit distance from your home is a great quality of life and environment indicator for a city.

He talks about how to measure this metric and identify which cities and neighborhoods are 15-minutes compatible.

@mbess If I knew this, I would have come to #Fosdem as well. This is something in my field of work. Knowing how to measure and identify this is really interesting to me. Will the presentations be published online afterwards? @zverik
