If you are doomscrolling without the intent of taking some sort of action that is informed by that doomscrolling, I would suggest you stop and do some sort of action that is a positive good and does not require doomscrolling

@going_to_maine i did and was explicitly kind to others despite the feelings inside my heart and will endeavor to keep doing so until i am killed
