Prompted by a recent conversation, I have decided to revive my #ProtectTheFediverse hashtag from my V Continuum days. Detroit Riot City promotes literal homophobia, raceism, hate speech, cyber bullying and other horrible shit (https://detroitriotcity.com/about) and childlove.space is literally an instance for pedophiles (the clue's in the damn title)! These are just 2 examples, but there are thousands of instances like it. We must fight tooth and nail to keep these instances and users from invading and destroying the fediverse. Block, report to hosting providers, even bring it up to authorities if needs be! The fediverse is a place of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility for all. Let's do what we can to protect it!
