Optimized the backup script for eepy.moe

Backups should now take about five minutes instead of fifteen

This doesn't affect any users of eepy.moe but it's cool and good and took a bit of effort so I think it's cool

It also backs up the config now

So it'll be easy to spin back up if it goes down
