Investigators recovered the cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder from the airplane involved in Wednesday night’s midair collision with a US military helicopter that killed all 67 people onboard both aircraft. The crash has raised questions over whether understaffing in an air traffic control tower played a role in the United States’ worst aviation disaster in years.

@kibcol1049 I suspect there’s going to be a lot of “leaks” about the crash , Trumps caused so much damage already and did even more with his rant about the crash that none of the departments is going to want to let him put the blame on them, loads of people in the departments involved are facing the sack regardless so they have nothing to loose and Trumps going after retired well respected ex military leaders and damaged veterans benefits,so the military aren’t necessarily going to stay quiet

It was an accident and, instead of pointing fingers and serving blame, what's important is try to understand how things happened to prevent similar future crashes. Fortunately, world aviation is usually very good at this.
