At one point today I was watching TV, and I looked down and realized I was on my stepper. That was the level of spaciness I was working with.

Granted it's a little tiny stepper, and it's such an automatic habit at this point. But I still had to laugh.

A bit like when you're driving and you suddenly notice you don't remember the last several minutes of driving.
