@Perseo pues mira, tomo nota del vino blanco. Hoy no tenía pimiento así que eché cebolla y tomate en el sofrito, ahora que lo pienso podía haberle echado un poquito de pimentón.

Tengo que hacerme con una libreta y empezar a apuntar estas cosas.

De color lo he visto bien.

Con tomate y cebolla perfecto, ya le da sabor.

• 1 diente de ajo.

• Tampoco lleva mucho más.
