I got to play with some fun toys at work today. It’s sooo much easier to figure out the details of a design when you’ve got the proper equipment.

This one here was hilariously overkill for the task. The device pictured is a 26.5 GHz spectrum analyzer that originally had a list price of about 75 k€, which was hooked up to a board that barely managed to scrape 2 GHz. It just happened to be available, and it definitely did the job.
