Δεν νομίζω να το έχουμε σαν προϊόν στην ελλάδα, οχι παραδοσιακά και σε ευρεία κλίμακα τουλάχιστον. Θα μπορούσε ίσως να γίνει συλλέγοντας την κρέμα από το βουτυρόγαλο.
