@mms CIA/FBI in US usually does stuff like infiltration into groups they deem dangerous (done in other countries also), I feel like NSA is more infosec

The origin is from Terry Davis programming streams where he said that "CIA [slur]s glow in the dark" and after that it has been integrated in the language of a certain subset of internet users.

If you're not familiar with Davis, he's the developer behind TempleOS. He suffered from schizophrenia and was prone to delusions like this, as well as pretty much being the whole reason he made TempleOS to begin with.

Same. I think it is a very funny turn of phrase in the abstract, like something being so obvious fedbait that it glows is funny to me, but then I am reminded of how utterly racist the origin and current use of it is in a lot of communities and I feel bad.

@boo_ @crmsnbleyd i had a lady who would in the elevator every morning fill me in on how much elon musk filled her up very vulgarly last night and then say have a nice day lol. so i just learn to take the nonsense away from the person. i may be too forgiving in this case though
