Does anyone around know a good macOS app for screenshots (with a quick editor if needed) and screen recording, with option to either save locally or send via SFTP (and get a link back)?

I'm still a big ShareX user on Windows, and I used Monosnap on Mac years ago but I'm not sure I want to pay a subscription to be able to send to my SFTP...

Oh, I forgot Flameshot is cross-platform. I could use that for now.
