  1. -15 degrees, a few cm of snow on the ground and I just got on my bike and rode to work. Before this winter I would've said I'd hate it. Today I had so much fun. And still kept up a good pace!

  1. Over two months of 3 Good Things blog entries now - not quite every day. It's helped me stay even keel a whole lot.

  1. I've been off FB and IG for about a week now. I am not missing it at all - though I should send some emails to friends from there to catch up.
