@actuallyadhd My wife was upset that I'm up so early (4:50 here), but I cannot sleep for the life of me. Is it common to have insomnia with autism? I think the answer is yes, but it probably varies. My sister said she has the same thing.

@catswhocode @actuallyautistic @actuallyadhd I had periods of my life with insomnia and really irregular timetables. But even right now my sleep patterns are weird: 3 hours 4 days, 8 hours 2 days, 12 hours one day, 5 hours 2 days... My Fitbit is desperate now 🤣
