@harriorrihar Is it OK if I told you that I have a huge Moebius vibe on this draw ? 🤩

Haha, you can say what you want, but I think the influence of fat pipes is more typical of manga and anime?
I remember that's what I had on my pinterest board when I drew it.

Maybe the influence were more indirect then : Moebius had huge impact on mangakas back in the 70's and 80's.
Especially on Katsuhiro Otomo (https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/interest/2012-04-09/akira-katsuhiro-otomo-remembers-french-artist-moebius)
Osamu Tezuka himself came to the Angoulême's festival to invite him in Tokyo.

Yes, I agree, I think that more than a style, what we identify is a theme, and from the 70s and 80s onwards, science fiction was there. It is difficult not to look like Moebius if you draw pointy hats and alien planets... But in reality, the strokes and treatments of all these fathers are very different. Toriyama, Otomo, Miyazaki, Moebius, Mézières, Jimenez... But the umbrella is the same for all of them.
