What, your house isn't on stilts?

It says there's room to put in an elevator. Meanwhile think of the exercise you'll get every day hoisting yourself up and down on a rope.

I see a picture of a urinal. I personally have never seen that in a residence, but it arguable makes sense, I suppose.

Anyway I like that it's now future-proofed against the rising sea.

I'm probably missing some other fun points.

@dougmerritt the commercial-style urinal and the marble floors were the most amazing. yeah near the Gulf Coast being that high off the water is probably a great idea.

Long ago we marble kitchen counters. They had some way of permanently sealing them so that water wasn't an issue, but I don't remember anything else.
