@Ailantd owh, here is to a swift recovery.

If I may, might I suggest putting a towel or something similar in the fridge for half an hour or so, and putting that on your pillow when you go to sleep or rest. It helped me with my root canal a few months ago, so maybe worth a shot? Not sure if you were looking for any tips, if not my apologies if I am being presumptuous here.
