Edit: I couldn't verify Noah Peters's relationship with Project 2025.

And it looks like the initial email being discussed was authored by #project2025 members/actors/authors:

Fwiw, I haven't verified that Noah Peters has anything to do with Project 2025. That comment may be wrong.

could someone check to see if pre-takeover OPM emails had a DKIM signature, and if so is it different from the hostile mail server?

There's probably some useful information to tell messages aparte that could be gather from looking OPM email headers if anyone has pre and post takeover emails.

@alienghic from what I understand, prior to last week, #opm didn't generally send direct messages to federal workers.
