@kta According to the Pew research foundation, undocumented people make up 3.3% of the US population. That works out to 11.2 million people. If ICE had perfect knowledge of the locations of these people (which they don't) and could continue to arrest and deport the number of people they did on day 1 in perpetuity, it would take more than 32 years for them through the ones who are already here.

@Infoseepage The rate efficiency of ICE deportations doesn't matter to me at all. In a free market, this rate should be 0%. In a morally just world, this rate should also be 0%.

@kta Also important to note that the Nazis turned much of continental Europe into a machine for funneling millions of people into death camps in the span of a few years. What starts as a low number can get bigger fast if there is intent and resources.
