Livechatinc.com, enshittificators!

We were customer for years since they decided to get greedy, removing the livechat ticketing system and asking to pay an extra service (helpdesk).

They activated without our consent, really I didn't receive any request and I found my account with a 14 days countdown trial after which they would have charged extra 492$/year.

I migrated easily to Opensource chatwoot that has an integrated, very well done, ticketing system!
