Seit 1996 ist der 27. Januar in der Bundesrepublik der Tag des Gedenkens an die Opfer des #Nationalsozialismus. Der Tag erinnert an die Befreiung des nationalsozialistischen Konzentrations- und Vernichtungslagers #Auschwitz, in dem mehr als eine Million Menschen ermordet wurden.
