It's incredibly difficult, but I've tuned out the news. No TV news at all. And my feeds are tailored to exclude politics, which for the most part is working well. It's done wonders for my peace of mind. Finding a balance is hard when the unprecedented events happen one after the other every 5 minutes! 🤣🤣🥴

@RiversideBryan @junglegeorge I haven't turned on the news since Monday, although I'm not sure how long I can hold out. It's starting to feel like looking away when you know a traffic accident's about to happen.
