@katiefenn can I give a personal recommendation for actually using Heat Geek for the install anyway please? They’re truly excellent, well worth the premium. The geek term is rightly applied, the installers really know their stuff. We’re really happy with ours.

@katiefenn we paid ~£6k after BUS grant, another company was quoting ~£4k but it felt very cookie-cutter, whereas our Heat Geek installer seemed much more knowledgeable and pragmatic. We felt a lot more confident with HG so felt it was worth it. It will definitely depend on the installer you get of course, but they do seem to set very high standards.
