Step 2: If the emotional response is “oh no who's angry at me aaaaaaa", it's time to take the next dose.

@jasmine was chatting w my doctor a few months ago that literally if i'm having a moment i can take 5mg methylphenidate and it goes away in 15-20 mins and we eventually figured out that was partially an issue with my ssri which was fixed but it is always so gratifying and relieving that the pill works so immediately and effectively
