Weirdly early for me. Usually when I see this time of morning (sixish when written) it's because I couldn't sleep, but right now it's because I accidentally crashed after work and slept like almost seven hours, which I consider a very fortunate amount of sleep for a work night. I'm back to work in a while but I will be oddly well-prepared, and will probably have a decent day, all because of my accidental normie-nap.

I am curious. How many hours do you generally sleep at a time? I'm between a cycle or two usually. I can't generally break that unless I'm sleeping very hard during some days off.

@trashcaster

I'm a weirdly-consistent six but I require a second sleep mostly later in the morning.

@fritzoids I love the idea of multiple sleeps. I do this by accident anyway, maybe I should try it on purpose.

@trashcaster

The most commonly known form of multiple sleeps is the nap or siesta. But there are so many ways to get enough sleep and I'm pretty convinced that many of us do not thrive with the industrial age norm of sleeping 7-9 hours in one go.
