That article strikes me as the same old outrage-inducing populist pablum that Sanders, Warren, and Reich love to spew while never getting at the heart of the issue: the value of stock. Portray images of billionaires sitting on infinite piles of money, like Smaug sleeping in mountains of gold. They never admit they themselves are all millionaires. They never mention the insider trading members of Congress participate in. They never mention practical remedies. Instead: guillotine. Meh.

I did. And I should've pointed out it's an op-ed, not really an article. So, it's opinion. There are good points tossed in but the same old crap is in there too. And my comments focused on the widely-shared but overly-simplistic (I'd argue intentionally so, as the goal is outrage, not an informed public) soundbites from Sanders, Warren, and Reich.
