That's two prints in a row where the nozzle has clogged after the first layer. I wonder if it's time to clean or replace it...

@yantor3d I like to do cold pulls to clear my nozzles. Let head cool. Turn head heater on. Gently pull filament until it melts enough to be removed. But check your entire filament path. Extruder gear for wear, blow out dust. Loose screws, cracked plastic parts, damaged PTFE tube between extruder and hot end (assumes Bowden). shine a light in there to check for debris. Push on the end of the filament from the reel, see if it comes out the nozzle and if anything flexes funny like it's broken.
