California should cut off ALL tax revenue that flows from the state to the federal level and condition the return of said revenue (which funds every RED state in this country) until Trump drops his "demands" and agrees to fully fund the FEMA response to the CA wildfires and admits that he is lying about the CA fire response and causes.
