I have exchanged waiting on hold for the void with listening to the new Mogwai album at a nice “drown out the airport” volume. It’ll do.

Also, Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell is a fine book.

can’t wait to hear what you think of the book and later the series. rather unusually for loving the book, I LOVED the series and a few characterizations in particular. enjoy! they still occur to me semi-frequently 20 and 10 years later.
