@pwaring one year i had paid 1 DKK too much in taxes, so they MAILED me a check for 1DKK (it costs approx 15 DKK to send the cheapest form of letter available here)

@rasmus91 Thankfully in the UK we can get a refund electronically, that's been the case for years. You sometimes have to request it though - if not it gets carried forward with interest, e.g. I got about £250 in interest credited this time round.
