@brnrd quite unrelated to your job posting but I live across the street from the ASML campus in Berlin and I have wondered what it was like in there. How is it working for ASML?

@liaizon So many levels to that!
From day 1 I was very happy with the people directly around me. They're very nice people, and talented to boot.
First months, I was lost completely. After 18 years of working from the same company, partially with the same people, switching is something totally new, scary, and uncomfortable. Once I opened up and admitted I needed help, my manager was very supportive and things starting improving.
As of this year, I have a team building things and everything seems to be falling into place.
We're doing great things in a very complicated environment. We have huge challenges, but work together to get through them. So many stakeholders (you'd be surprised how many distinct software teams you need to build these ultra-complex machines) to deal with!
So currently, very happy where I am!
I was looking for a challenge, and man do I have plenty now.
