Can everyone please stop using Ivanpah as their cover picture on general stories now.

It is pretty but it doesn't work very well.

@solar_chase If they convert to photovoltaic ("an opportunity for the site to potentially be repurposed for renewable PV (photovoltaic) energy production,") do they have to wait in a queue or can they just use their existing interconnection?

@solar_chase I don't know this space nearly as well as you but I do know enough to have suspected a question about interconnection might not have a self evident answer LOL. So no worries.
