Just got back from a week of cross-country skiing in Seefeld, Austria. The weather was perfect!

The tourism board proudly advertises that Seefeld is reachable by train (which is true, though there’s definitely room for improvement). Still, every time I mentioned to someone—be it the hotel staff or my ski instructor—that I arrived by train, they were completely baffled.

@daniel Maybe they were baffled mostly because "I arrived here by train!" wasn't the expected response to "Sir, would you like tea or coffee with breakfast?" 😉

That's a stunning picture though. Seems like you had a great trip! See you in Brussels! I'm hoping for less snow there!

Since a few years, I also use the train to reach the skiing location of my choice.
